How can I lose weight fast without exercise for 12 weeks?

I am making my low carb, keto and clean Rissole Recipe in today’s video! I have been making this recipe for years and then when I turned to eating more clean I swapped out bread crumbs for almond meal. I have recently been on a ketogenic diet and figured that this recipe would be perfect to eat on it!

 

LOW CARB/ KETO RISSOLE RECIPE

1 Onion
500g Mince Beef (grass fed is best)
1 tablespoon tomato paste
salt
pepper
thyme
garlic powder
onion powder
mixed herbs
italian herbs
cheese (obviously leave out if you are eating clean!)
coconut flour
olive oil
