This sweet green smoothie is packed full of nutritious ingredients like kale, banana, lime, juice, light Greek yoghurt and Chia.
This is a nutritious smoothie to have in the mornings when you need to put some pep in your step.
- 1 banana
- 1 apple or pear, cored and sliced
- 2 handfuls of baby spinach leaves or kale (40g)
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 tsp. chia
- Handful of ice
- 10 mint leaves
- 1/2 fresh lime juiced
- 1/2 kiwi
- 1/4 cup Greek Yoghurt, light
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
