Recipe: Garlic Prawn Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 3 green apples
  • 200 grams of spinach

Method

  1. Dry the spinach leaves you wash in plenty of water in the salad dryer.
  2. Cut the ginger into small pieces of fresh ginger that you have stripped thinly.
  3. Remove the core parts after splitting the green apples in four equal parts and washing them in plenty of water.

  5. Take a blendera of yogurt, honey, spinach leaves, ginger pieces and brewed green tea.
  6. With the help of the crusted green apple slices that you add individually, squeeze all the ingredients in the blender until they are slightly lighter.

Notice: Add the ice cubes prepared with blendera drinking water according to the request, prepare the beverage, use two balls of vanilla ice cream instead of yogurt.
