Lose 5 kg in 1 week with use one of these two Diets

Monday

Breakfast in the morning: without sugar, you can consume Turkish coffee or sugarless Nescafe. Sandwich made of 2 slices of full wheat bread

Lunch: 2 boiled eggs and 1 slice of full wheat bread

Dinner: 3 lamb chops cooked in grill, bread will not be consumed, lemon salad with abundant green

Tuesday

Breakfast: Breakfast in the morning: unsweetened Nescafe or sugar-free Turkish coffee. Sandwich made of 2 slices of full wheat bread

Lunch: 3 grilled meatballs, abundant greens salad

Dinner: Vegetable meal, buttermilk (without bread)

Wednesday

Breakfast in the morning: no sugarless nescafe or sugar-free Turkish coffee. Sandwich made of 2 slices of full wheat bread

Lunch: 2 boiled eggs, 1 slice full wheat bread

Dinner: Vegetable meal, buttermilk (without bread) until till

Thursday

Breakfast in the morning: no sugarless nescafe or sugar-free Turkish coffee. Sandwich made of 2 slices of full wheat bread

Lunch: 1 boiled egg salad with abundant lemon eggs

Dinner: Fruit

Friday

Breakfast in the morning: no sugarless nescafe or sugar-free Turkish coffee. Sandwich made of 2 slices of full wheat bread

Lunch: Fish, bread will definitely not consume

Dinner: Vegetable meal, buttermilk

Saturday

Breakfast: A sandwich made of 2 slices of full wheat bread, with no sugar or nescafe or sugarless Turkish coffee.

Lunch: Grilled chicken until till

Dinner: Vegetable meal, buttermilk until till

Sunday

Breakfast in the morning: no sugarless nescafe or sugar-free Turkish coffee. Sandwich made of 2 slices of full wheat bread

Lunch: Vegetable food, buttermilk, until till

Dinner: Grilled chicken until till

I’ve lost 5 pounds in 1 week, diet 2. List

Our 2. list is egg and orange weight. Egg protein and mineral storage is an extremely healthy food. The consumption of eggs provides the majority of nutrients your body needs with vitamins. Orange and Greyfur help to fight diseases while weakening the vitamin C repository.

Day 1

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, 2 oranges or grapefruit (orange or grapefruit juice) and 1 cup of light milk

Lunch: 170 gr. Boiled skinless chicken, 1 cup yogurt

Dinner: A boiled egg, 140 grams of boiled skinless chicken and one

Orange or grapefruit (orange or grapefruit juice)

Day 2

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs 1 cup lemon water

Lunch: 140 grams roasted fish, 1 grapefruit or grapefruit juice

Dinner: 3 boiled eggs

Day 3

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, 1 lemon squeezed 1 cup warm water

Lunch: 170 gr boiled beef, 1 grapefruit or grapefruit juice

Dinner: 3 boiled eggs

Day 4

Breakfast: 3 cooked eggs prepared with onion, parsley and dill

Lunch: 140 gr cooked chicken and salad

Dinner: 1 boiled egg, 2 oranges or grapefruit (orange or grapefruit juice)

Day 5

Breakfast: 2 shredded carrot salads, 2 boiled eggs

Lunch: 2 pieces of grated carrot salad 1 cup grapefruit or orange juice

Dinner: 85 gr. Boiled fish, 1 boiled egg

Day 6

Breakfast: 1 cup grapefruit or orange juice 1 bowl yogurt

Lunch: 2 boiled eggs, 2 grapefruit or orange

Dinner: a glass of water

Day 7

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, 1 orange or orange or grape

Lunch: 170 gr beef, 1 orange or grapefruit (orange or grapefruit juice

Dinner: a glass of water

Note: Try to follow the program as much as possible. You should only use the bread when written on the list
