Many people asked me how to make Jeera water for weight loss, which works best for weight loss. Jeera pani is extremely easy to prepare and it does not require heating. You can prepare jeera water in a few steps to gain its maximum benefits.

You will need: 2 tbsp Jeera, 1 liter water and a jar.

Preparation Steps

Step 1: Pour 2 tablespoons of jeera in a jar along with 1 liter of water.

Step 2: Cover the jar with a lid.

Step 3: Let it stay overnight until the jeera gets engorged in the water.

Your jeera water is ready to be consumed. Drinking it in the morning on an empty stomach will be more beneficial.

Recipe 2 – Famous Cumin, coriander, fennel seeds tea

Coriander seeds are useful in losing weight by its property of helping to lose water weight. Water weight makes you look bloated and swollen, which shows more body pounds. Fennel seeds increase your metabolic rate and help in suppressing your appetite, hence helping you to lose weight quickly.

You will need: 1 teaspoon whole jeera seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds and 4- 5 cups of water.

Preparation Recipe

Step 1:  Add 1 teaspoon whole jeera seeds, coriander seeds and fennel seeds to 4- 5 cups of water.

Step 2:  Put it on heat for around 4- 5 mins and bring it to boil.

Step 3:  Strain the mixture and your jeera tea is ready to be consumed.

You need to have this tea early in the morning for maximum benefits on an empty stomach. Remember to always change this in 15-20 days for maximum effect.

Recipe 3 – Cumin Lemon and honey for weight loss

Honey is a great antioxidant agent and helps in detoxification of the body. It also reduces the risk of cardiovascular disorders and helps in maintaining your weight. Lemon has detoxifying agents as well and cleanses your body from inside. It helps in burning belly fat and hence reducing body weight at a faster pace.

You will need: 1 teaspoon whole jeera seeds, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp lemon juice and 4- 5 cups of water.
