Day 1: Apples – you can lose 1-2 kg
Breakfast: 2 large or 3 small apples with some lemon juice, and a few nuts.
Lunch: Salad with apples, onions and parsley- cut 3 large apples in large pieces, add 30 grams of onions and 20 grams of parsley, both finely chopped. Add one boiled egg on the top.
Dinner: 3 medium sized apples.
Day 2: Apples and rice – you can lose 1-1.5 kg
Breakfast: 3 apples and a cup of unsalted cooked rice
Lunch: Rice and apples- Cut the apples into pieces and pour hot water over them to make them soft. Add some lemon juice and lemon peel. Boil the rice separately and mash it together with the apples, to get porridge.
Dinner: unsalted boiled rice
Day 3: Apples and cheese- you can lose 1-1.5 kg
Breakfast: 2 apples and ½ cup of low-fat cottage cheese
Lunch: Soak a few apples, cut into tiny slices, in water with lemon juice. Mix some low-fat cheese with 2 tsp. of honey and a few crushed nuts, and app it to the apples.
Dinner: 50 grams of low-fat cow cheese.
Day 4: Apples and carrots- you can lose 2 kg
Breakfast: 1 large apple and 2 large carrots, grated.
Lunch: apples and carrots salad- peel and cut into pieces 1 apple and 1 carrot, and add a teaspoon of honey and some lemon juice.
Dinner: 2 baked apples and a tablespoon of honey.
Day 5: Carrots and beets-you can lose 2 kg
Breakfast: 1 boiled carrot and beet
Lunch: 1 boiled beet and egg, mixed together.
Dinner: Eat carrots as much as you want. You can add honey or sugar.
Day 6: Apples- you can lose 1-2 kg
The menu is the same as the first day
Day 7: Apples and rice- you can lose 1-1.5 kg
